We offer free standard UPS Shipping** on prepaid select Trophy, Plaque Orders, and award orders over $99. Free Shipping does not apply to Eagle awards, glass awards, and all UPS oversized items (also noted on each item).

How long will it take to receive my order?
In the continental U.S., most orders will take 4-6 business days to arrive. Please call us for expedited shipping to guarantee delivery for a special event or date. Please expect slow downs up to an extra 1-4 days during Christmas.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Paypal. We also accept checks and money orders. Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified. If you are sending a check, please make the check payable to:

How much will my shipping charges be?
During the order process, you will be given a list of different shipping methods from which you can pick the one that suits you. The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping as well as sales taxes if applicable are clearly displayed at the final checkout.
What if I need to return my order?
Returns are processed on a case by case basis with prior authorization only. We can not accept returns on engraved items, unless there is a product defect or engraving error. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. (This is the paperwork that comes with your order). After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest using Insured shipping with delivery confirmation for your protection.
